He bagged two awards recently — the Edison Award for Best Actor and Superstar Rajini Award for his  performance in the film "Velayutham". "The year has begun with a bang or me. I hope to continue on this note with a lot of good films this year. My film with director A.R. Murugadoss is progressing well. It's a good project and the audience can expect some fireworks on the screen," says Vijay.
