   Heigl started her career Coupled with this fall's dramedy Life As We Know It, the film seems to mark a slight shift for Heigl as she leaves Grey's Anatomy and apparently moves on from the romantic comedies that have made her famous.

Joining the leading lady at her premiere were co-stars from the film - Jason O'Mara, Daniel Sunjata, Sherri Shepherd, Debbie Reynolds, John Leguizamo, Debra Monk, Ana Reeder, Gavin Keith Umek, Nate Mooney and Ryan Michele Bathe. Director Julie Anne Robinson and producers Gary Lucchesi and Tom Rosenberg were also in attendance. Other notable guests included best-selling novelist Janet Evanovich who penned the book on which the movie is based, Katherine's friend and former Grey's Anatomy co-star T.R. Knight, Barbara Walters and designer Nicole Miller.
